2. Who We Are

GlucoShield is the digital companion provided to readers of the book “The 7:15 AM Breakfast Blueprint” and its bonus materials.

3. What GlucoShield Is

GlucoShield is an educational wellness and self-tracking companion: a 7-day breakfast routine tracker with educational content, recipes, a reading library and personal progress views.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer

GlucoShield is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or clinical decision support. Content, charts, goals, progress indicators and recipes are educational and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Never change or stop prescribed medication based on information provided by GlucoShield. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions.

5. Eligibility

You must be an adult and legally able to enter into these Terms to use GlucoShield. The application is not intended for children.

6. User Account

Access uses the email address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address and for the security of the inbox and device you use to reach the app. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

7. Acceptable Use

When using GlucoShield you agree not to:

• attempt to access accounts, records or data that are not yours;
• probe, scan or interfere with the security or availability of the service;
• copy, resell or redistribute the book content, recipes or library materials;
• upload unlawful content or use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.

8. License to Use GlucoShield

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GlucoShield for your own, non-commercial use as a reader of the book.

9. Educational Content

Lessons, articles and observations are provided for general education. They describe general routines and are not personalized clinical guidance.

10. Recipes and Nutrition Information

Recipes and nutrition values are estimates provided for convenience and may differ from the products you actually use. Always check ingredient labels, allergens and portion sizes yourself.

11. User-Entered Information

You decide what to record in GlucoShield. You keep ownership of what you enter, and you grant us permission to store and process it in order to provide the application to you. You can request a copy of it, or delete your account, from Safety & Support.

12. Third-Party Services

GlucoShield relies on infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage. Their availability affects the availability of the app, and their own terms apply to their services.

13. Intellectual Property

The GlucoShield name, application, design, written content, recipes and library materials are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of their owners. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

GlucoShield is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, GlucoShield or its content.

16. Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms. When we update the Terms we will change the date shown at the top of this page.

17. Termination

You may stop using GlucoShield at any time and delete your account from Safety & Support. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the publisher of the book, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
